Upload your specific property requests to find a property investor to purchase a property on your behalf
Our network of landlords are looking for a supported living lease and are ready to work with you
For £120 a year (including VAT) you will have access to our matching service through our property portal.
Our portal works just like RightMove. Once you have logged in you can search the site for all types of properties from single lets to blocks of apartments.
If you find a property you like, we will help organise a viewing and we can also help with sample leases. We have partners who can help with legal, insurance and financial arrangements if needed.
If you can’t find a property that suits your needs, you can access our Buy To Order product. This is where you can tell our landlords what you are looking for. We load your requirements on the site, and this is then sent out to our property investors.
We also run networking events across the country, where you will be able to meet other supported living providers, property investors and developers all looking to create more homes. We have an expert panel of speakers that share their experience and there is always plenty of time for questions.
You can find out more about our next events here.
We’ve used The Gateway since it was first established, and during this time we have secured two properties for our residents. It was a smooth process and the communication has been superb."
