Our consultancy service is for any property investor or developer who is looking to accelerate their involvement in supported living by working one-to-one with people who are recognised as experts in this area.

We can offer a one-stop-shop of integrated expertise in property development, deal negotiation, supported living care, finance, leases and all other aspects of successful supported living property portfolio building.

As well as property investors, our consultancy is available for any supported living provider who would like to understand property aspects of supported living.  

The consultancy calls can be either over the phone or on zoom if preferred, and are booked for an hour at a time.
