We will have guest speakers, including experienced developers, Registered Providers, and representation from the care and financial sectors.

There will be a Q&A session as well as plenty of time to network with like-minded people.

Chris and Yvette have built a children’s home business, operating in the Home Counties and are also building a rental portfolio which is let to other children’s home providers in the midlands/north of England.

Kim has over a decade of experience delivering & managing supported living contracts for local authorities, having worked in rehabilitation & victim housing, contract management for housing associations and now in the development of contracts for learning disabilities, mental health, & complex individuals. Kim is a strong advocate for person centred, forward thinking when it comes to properties, design, and development and the operational implementation of contracts within those properties and services.
