Our Partnership with Social Housing Group

10th July 2023

At Supported Living Gateway, we have spent the last three years focussing entirely on the Supported Living market, working with care and housing providers and property investors and developers to make more homes available for those with support needs. During this time we have been approached a huge number of times by property professionals looking for assistance with the general Social Housing market, not just Supported Living. Our expertise is in Supported Living, and we are not in the business of pretending to be experts in a sector that we are not – no “fake it ‘til you make it” here - so we have always politely declined.

This is now about to change.

We are very happy to announce that we have entered in a partnership with a specialist Social Housing property company: Social Housing Group. We have partnered with the Social Housing Group not just because they are recognised experts in Social Housing, but most importantly, they share our principles of ethical and sustainable provision of housing for those most in need.

By creating this partnership, we will be the one-stop-shop for property investors and developers looking to learn about and invest in the Social Housing and Supported Living sector.

We will be making further announcements in due course about how exactly the partnership will work and how it will benefit all current and future clients of both Supported Living Gateway and Social Housing Group.
