Site Visits

The Supported Living Gateway team are all experienced property developers and develop supported living property themselves.  As these projects progress, we want to share our experience and knowledge with you, so that you can take this information away to use in your own portfolios.

There will be opportunities to visit our sites as they move through the development stages.

We will walk you through the specifics of the deal including finance, design, contracts, and project management. Every attendee will receive a Site Visit Pack to take home including details on the build, local information, and figures. There will be plenty of time to have your questions answered too. 

On these site visits, you will:

  • Gain knowledge and understanding of commercial to residential property developing.
  • Ask questions face to face with the Supported Living Gateway development team.
  • See us openly present all the figures and costs, including the purchase and acquisition, design, consultancy, management, development, and holding costs. 
  • Understand the process undertaken from engaging the design team to completion and handover of our supported living developments.
  • Learn all about the advantages of permitted development and the planning process we have taken on our schemes.
  • Find out about our exits for the development and the importance of early and consistent engagement with all associated exit partners.
