Two Day Supported Living Strategy Course

We recently ran our eight-part supported living strategy course over a weekend. It was an intensive two days and was incredibly well received by all attendees. 

We covered all the following topics in detail:

  • What is supported living?
  • Specific property needs
  • Deal analysis on supported living schemes
  • Finance and exits, including SSAS
  • Due diligence on property and supported living providers
  • Lease agreements
  • Property adaptations, including grants and loans available
  • Project management and planning requirements for supported living.
